How do I connect my Pro Transport database?
During the signup process, you'll provide your Pro Transport database connection details. Our system will securely connect to your database and start pulling analytics data. All connections are encrypted and your data remains private.
What data does Riggle access?
Riggle only accesses the data necessary for dispatch analytics, including driver information, load data, mileage records, and performance metrics. We never access sensitive personal information or financial data.
How often is data updated?
Data is updated in real-time as it becomes available in your Pro Transport system. Most analytics are refreshed every few minutes to ensure you have the most current information.
Can I export my analytics data?
Yes! You can export analytics data in Excel format for any date range. This includes dispatcher performance reports, driver utilization data, and custom date ranges for detailed analysis.
